Mandarin is a Chinese restaurant located in Winooski, Vermont, United States. The business was originally founded in 1988 by the Fong family, who later had to close it down. In 2018, the family reopened the restaurant, bringing back the same delicious cuisine and adding a selection of local drafts and cocktails. Mandarin aims to provide a food and drink destination for both local and out-of-town customers.
