American Society of Mammalogists

The ASM Mammal Diversity Database is a work-in-progress project based in the United States, curated by the American Society of Mammalogists. The database aims to track the latest taxonomic changes to living and recently extinct mammal species and higher taxa, with the goal of promoting rigorous study of mammal biodiversity worldwide. The current version, v1.13, was released on July 13, 2024.
