Lettie's Kitchen is a family-owned restaurant located in Hockessin, Delaware. Founded in 2011 by Susan Alexander and her son Tom, the restaurant is known for its award-winning broasted chicken and homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and flatbreads. The name "Lettie's" holds special meaning, as it was inspired by Susan's late mother, who was born in Hockessin in 1922, just a block from where the restaurant is located today.
