What is the quality of Lazarus Log Homes' log cabin kits?

Accepted Answer

Lazarus Log Homes offers the highest quality, most complete, and lowest cost log cabin kits available. They use only the best materials, including massive character log posts and beams, and their logs are from high-elevation, dead standing timber, which is better than using live trees.

Lazarus Log Homes sells their log cabin kits directly to the public, without any dealers, and at below wholesale prices. They offer fully customized packages, and their prices are the lowest of any log home manufacturer.

Question 3

Can customers customize their log cabin design?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Lazarus Log Homes offers free custom design services. Customers can start with one of the company's popular log home designs and fully customize it, or they can bring in their own current log home design project and work with the company to customize it.

Question 4

What services does Lazarus Log Homes provide to help customers?

Accepted Answer

Lazarus Log Homes provides a full range of services to help customers, including estimating the costs for water, septic, power, utilities, and labor from the foundation to the finish. They also provide customers with a turn-key estimate, plans, and a bid for the log home kit materials, which is often required by banks for financing.

Question 5

What sets Lazarus Log Homes apart from other log home manufacturers?

Accepted Answer

Lazarus Log Homes uses a unique approach to log home construction, including the use of high-elevation, dead standing timber that is naturally dried, resulting in less settling and lower maintenance. They also engineer their log homes to eliminate the need for settling jacks, which gives them more design freedom and provides a better overall product for their customers.
