Lag's Eatery

Lag's Eatery is a new restaurant that will be opening in Birmingham, Alabama in 2023. Founded by long-time Birmingham residents Eric and Justin, the restaurant aims to honor the legacy of the original Lag's Cafe, which was established in the 1970s. Lag's Eatery will offer a variety of comfort foods, including burgers, fried chicken, and breakfast items, and will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night dining.
