Question 1

What is the company's shipping policy?

Accepted Answer

The company's shipping policy states that if you receive different food than what you ordered, you should call the company or your third-party delivery service immediately. If you paid by credit card, the company will refund the sales price amount associated with the error and charge the correct amount if you desire a substitute. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference if the new food has a greater value, or you will receive the difference as credit if the new food has a lower value. In some cases, the company may offer you a store credit.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference if the new food has a greater value, or you will receive the difference as credit if the new food has a lower value.
