Iraq Foundation

The Iraq Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Washington, DC and Baghdad, Iraq. It was established in 1991 by Iraqi expatriates to promote democracy, human rights, and the recovery of Iraq and its institutions. The organization operates independently, without partisan, sectarian, or ethnic affiliations.
