What are the available shipping options?

We ship via standard ground service with either USPS or UPS, and we are able to ship to locations in the continental United States only. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

What is the returns policy?

Eligible items with a receipt, in their original condition with tags and packaging intact, may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds. All merchandise designated as clearance is final sale.

What if my order is damaged or missing items?

Accepted Answer

Customers must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of a damaged package and/or missing items, and must provide photos of the packaging as well as the contents in order to file a claim with the shipping company. We are unable to assist with shipment claims or replacement items beyond the 2 business day period.

What is the store pickup policy?

Accepted Answer

Online orders not picked up within 30 days will be refunded to the customer, less a 25% restocking fee, unless they are final sale items in which case they will not be refunded and are not eligible for store credit.
