Innovative Health and MedSpa is a medical spa located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, owned and operated by Dr. Annette Stokes, M.D. Since 2001, the spa has offered a wide range of medical spa treatments, including Botox, body contouring, hair removal and restoration, IV vitamin therapy, PDO threads, and medical facials, as well as a weight loss clinic, serving the Southeast Wisconsin area.
