Investment Adviser Registration Depository

The Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD) is an electronic filing system that facilitates investment adviser registration, regulatory review, and public disclosure of information. Developed by FINRA, the system operates according to the requirements of the SEC and NASAA, serving investment adviser firms and the investing public. The IARD system is generally available from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability.
