Premise Health MT State Employee Health Center

The Montana Health Centers, operated by Premise Health, provide integrated primary and behavioral health services, as well as health coaching, to eligible members of the State of Montana, Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority, and Montana University System-Helena benefits plans. The centers offer a range of services, including virtual telehealth, and are focused on delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to improve the health of their members.
