Oftentimes, clients feel better after their first session of physical therapy. Understanding what is causing your pain and limitations, and learning how we can help heal your problem often eases your concerns and gives you a feeling of relief. In your initial evaluation, we will educate you on simple things that you can do on your own to ease your pain and improve your mobility. We will also initiate hands-on care to relax tight, achy muscles and free up stiff joints. The speed at which your physical problem resolves is dependent on many factors, such as how severe it is, how long you've had it, your age, and your compliance with your treatment plan.
