Gorgon Ceramics is a Vermont-based ceramic art studio founded by artist Emily Rose Bourne. Bourne specializes in functional wheel-thrown pottery with a focus on evoking the natural world's dark corners and commemorating the odd and unusual. Her unique "hairware" technique involves capturing ceramic stain on white clay through a network of human hair and soap bubbles, resulting in one-of-a-kind, fully functional art pieces.
