The Gaines Estate, located in Fayetteville, West Virginia, is a restored 1920s-era mansion that has been transformed into a premier event and wedding venue. The property, originally purchased shortly after the Civil War, now features a fully restored mansion with an open floor plan, commercial kitchen, lounge, and outdoor patios, as well as a 4,000-square-foot pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 guests. In 2024, a fine dining restaurant will be added to the estate's offerings.
