Full Bloom Integrative Health, formerly known as Bloom Mental Health and Wellness, LLC, provides psychiatric and wellness services via telehealth to adults in Massachusetts. Led by Shaina, a double board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner, the practice offers evidence-informed and patient-centered care, including medication management, genetic and lab testing, mind-body medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and lifestyle coaching.
