Question 1

How does AMP's technology benefit customers?

Accepted Answer

AMP uses FTC (Fluid Tracking Controls) for electronic fuel data capture and Netsuite for back-office invoicing and accounting. This allows customers to have instant access to their own invoices, delivery tickets, account AR, taxes, IFTA reporting, and more through a customer portal on the AMP website.

Question 2

Can customers continue to use their current vendor for fuel deliveries, billing, and reporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if customers use Comdata or another fleet card, Netsuite can report to any commercial payment solution company in their required format, so customers can continue to use their current vendor.

Question 3

What are the benefits of AMP's mobile fueling services?

Accepted Answer

With their specialized equipment, AMP can reach places few can, like construction sites, cell towers, and generators, providing convenient and reliable refueling services.

Question 4

How can customers contact AMP?

Accepted Answer

Customers can contact AMP through the "Contact Us" section on their website, which includes information for sales, customer service, and emergency fueling services.
