Question 1

What does the church believe about the Bible?

Accepted Answer

The church believes that all Scripture is self-attesting and being Truth, requiring our unreserved submission in all areas of life. The infallible Word of God, the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is a complete and unified witness to God's redemptive acts culminating in the incarnation of the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible, uniquely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, is the supreme and final authority on all matters on which it speaks.

Question 2

What are the essential tenets of the Christian faith that the church affirms?

Accepted Answer

In addition to the belief in the infallibility and authority of the Bible, the church affirms the following essential tenets of the Christian faith: belief in one God, the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, who is infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three Persons.

Question 3

What is the church's approach to the journey of faith?

Accepted Answer

The church believes that the journey of faith is about the destination, the journey itself, and the people with whom you travel. They do not believe in programs, flashy events, and other distractions, but rather in worshiping God and enjoying Him forever – together.

Question 4

What is the church's mission statement?

Accepted Answer

The church's mission is to seek the lost and nurture the found, as evidenced by their tagline "seek the lost and nurture the found."
