Finance Division

The Finance Division of the West Virginia Department of Administration provides financial management, accounting, and payroll services to state agencies. Based in Charleston, WV, the division prepares the state's annual comprehensive financial report, oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages payroll and employee benefits, and administers the statewide vendor file.
