Fairbanks Distilling Company is a small, family-operated distillery located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Established in 2012, the company operates out of a historic building on the National Register of Historic Places, originally constructed in 1935 as a city hall, police station, and fire department. Fairbanks Distilling Company produces ultra-smooth 68 Below Vodka and E.T. Barnette's Tanana River Naval Strength Golden Rum, using locally sourced ingredients and traditional distilling methods.
