Evernorth is a nonprofit organization based in Burlington, Vermont that serves low and moderate-income individuals in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Evernorth provides affordable housing and community investments, leveraging its deep market knowledge and local partnerships to raise and deploy over $1.5 billion in equity capital and build more than 17,000 affordable homes across the region.
