Ernie's

Ernie's is a restaurant located in Roanoke, VA that has been serving the local community since 1986. Formerly known as B.R. Guest Delicatessen, the establishment was preceded by the Dixie Lunch and is known for its market tradition of grill cooking. The restaurant is currently owned and operated by Bill Kopcial and Scotty Smith, who are dedicated to preserving the boiler room traditions established by the previous owner, Ernest Arthur.
