ERI Building & Design LLC

ERI Building & Design, LLC is a new home builder and design-build firm based in Darien, Connecticut. Founded in 1984 as Eppley Renovations, the company has over 30 years of experience designing, building, and remodeling homes. In 1998, they added a certified residential designer to their team, and in 2000, they rebranded as ERI Building & Design, LLC.
