East Providence Housing Authority

The East Providence Housing Authority (EPHA) was established in 1961 to address the housing needs of low-income families, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly in East Providence, RI. The agency owns and manages 419 units, as well as administers 445 housing choice vouchers. EPHA has received a "high performer" designation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for its public housing and housing choice voucher programs.
