City of Emporia Law Enforcement Benefit Association

The Emporia Police Benefit Association (EPBA) is a non-profit organization established in 1989 to serve the Emporia community and bridge the gap between the police officers and citizens. The EPBA's mission is to assist and serve the community, supporting local charities, funding the Kansas Special Olympics, and providing free community events and meals.
