My mission is to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin. I believe that our emotions can get trapped in our bodies, in our tissues and cells, from traumas, accidents, or injuries. Whether it's physical, mental or emotional tension, releasing the tension and energy around the emotions helps release the body, helping to free the mind.

What modalities do you offer?

I employ a variety of modalities, including craniosacral energy work, scar tissue and lymphatic drainage, and other techniques to meet your unique needs. If you're not familiar with the different types of massage, I'd be happy to share more information and help you determine what will work best for you.

Every day is different, and we can find ourselves in a different emotional and physical state on any given day. No matter if you have been a client for a decade or more, every session will be different, just as your needs will be. I aim to meet you where you are and assist you into a more balanced and integrated state.

I have over twenty years of experience as a massage therapist. I have married a number of modalities in order to meet my clients' diverse needs. My goal is to listen to your body and work with you at your own pace to help you show up in a more calm and collected way.
