El Che is an Argentinean steakhouse located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Inspired by traditional asados, or backyard barbecues, the restaurant is helmed by Head Chef John Manion and features a focus on fire-grilled beef and seafood, as well as an innovative South American-focused wine list.
