The West Virginia Department of Health, Department of Health Facilities, and Department of Human Services provide a wide range of necessary and life-saving services to West Virginia residents. The departments were recently reorganized into three separate entities to better serve the state's population. The departments are led by Cabinet Secretaries Sherri A.
