Cowboys Against Cancer

Cowboys Against Cancer is a 100% volunteer organization based in Rock Springs, Wyoming that provides financial grants to residents of Sweetwater County undergoing cancer treatment. The organization hosts an annual benefit and banquet to raise funds, which have totaled over $6 million to date, to help defray the costs of travel and medical expenses for cancer patients.
