Cosi Cucina is a casual Italian restaurant located in Clive, Iowa that has been a local favorite since 1993. When the Renzo family took over the establishment in 2017, owner Peter Renzo envisioned adding his family's authentic Italian recipes to the menu, which now features wood-fired pizzas, specialty pastas, fresh salads, and house-made desserts, complemented by an impressive wine list.
