Central Jersey Family Health Consortium

The Central Jersey Family Health Consortium (CJFHC) is a non-profit organization based in North Brunswick Township, New Jersey. Funded by the New Jersey Department of Health, CJFHC collaborates with hospitals, educators, and public health agencies to develop and distribute maternal and infant healthcare programs, services, and information to community-based organizations and professionals, while directly supporting consumers with access to maternal and infant health services and initiatives.
