The Chick and Doc Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Sandy, UT that provides support to the Hospice Foundation. It was established in memory of Nancy "Chick" Chamberlain and her son, Bob Chamberlain, MD, and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of families caring for loved ones with terminal illnesses. The organization raises funds to support hospice education, improve best practices, and provide respite services.
