Chapman Technical Group is an engineering, architectural, and geospatial consulting firm founded in 1984 and based in St Albans, West Virginia. The company provides services to federal, state, municipal, and private industry clients, and has received numerous awards for its high-quality design projects. In 2013, Chapman Technical Group was acquired by the Lexington, Kentucky-based A/E firm GRW, expanding its services to more than 250 professionals across multiple states.
