The majority of Caffey's projects are performed under subcontract with various diagnostic equipment vendors, while the remaining percentage are performed under prime contract directly with the facility. This arrangement helps to eliminate overhead charges, bond costs, or management fees that can be associated with turnkey equipment acquisition.
