The By Degrees Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Des Moines, Iowa that works to increase high school graduation and postsecondary readiness rates through partnerships with local public schools. They engage community partnerships to address barriers and incorporate college and career readiness activities, financial education, and asset building for students.
