BVCAP Community Center

The Blackstone Valley Community Action Program (BVCAP) is a non-profit organization based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, established in 2006. BVCAP's mission is to assist and empower people to become self-reliant, responsible citizens by providing a wide range of programs, including emergency services, energy and weatherization, family support, education, and housing services. The organization has been helping to change the lives of individuals and families in the community for over 50 years.
