Bridge To Home SCV- Shelter

Building the Bridge, a non-profit based in Santa Clarita, California, has been providing shelter, support services, and affordable housing to those in need since 2011. With approximately 25 employees, the organization has served over 80,000 meals and transitioned 104 households to permanent housing in the past year, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to address the root causes of homelessness in the local community.
