Body Aligned is a Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio located in Tampa, Florida. The studio offers private, semi-private, and small group classes, taught by comprehensively trained instructors. They also provide a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program and a recovery room for post-workout relaxation.
