The Caio Terra Academy in Portland, Oregon, was founded on the belief in the "one-team philosophy." Regardless of a student's skill level, the instructors are committed to helping everyone progress. The academy offers youth and adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, as well as strength and conditioning programs. Caio Terra, a 12-time IBJJF world champion, launched the Caio Terra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association in 2012, aiming to use the martial art to make the world a better place.
