Black Hills Special Services Cooperative

The Black Hills Online Learning Community (BHOLC) is an online education provider based in Rapid City, South Dakota, that offers learning opportunities for K-12 students in the state. Administered by Compass, a subsidiary of the Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, BHOLC works in cooperation with participating South Dakota public schools and is an approved provider through the South Dakota Virtual School system.
