Bear Creek Water Association is a non-profit, member-owned rural water association that provides water and sewer services to approximately 50,000 people in a 105-square-mile service area in south Madison County, Mississippi. The association, formed in 1968, currently has nearly 20,000 water connections and more than 7,900 sewer connections, serving a rapidly urbanizing region between the cities of Ridgeland, Canton, Flora, and the Ross Barnett Reservoir.
