Ayurveda Yoga School

The Ayurveda Yoga School, founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2007 by Maria Garre, provides training and education in yoga and Ayurveda. The school offers 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programs, retreats, and instruction in locations across the United States, Costa Rica, and India, with a mission to empower and promote well-being and inner peace in under-resourced communities and professionals serving them worldwide.
