American Pharmacists Association Foundation

The APhA Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that has been dedicated to improving patient health outcomes through research, public education, and recognition of pharmacy practice for over 70 years. The foundation has demonstrated the positive impact of pharmacists on patient care through various initiatives such as collaborative practice agreements, medication therapy management, and chronic disease management programs.
