I truly feel this is our main purpose in life: to discover ourselves so we can best show up in our relationships, our work, and our world. Counseling is for everyone!

I am a proud Lincolnite and high school graduate of Lincoln Public Schools. I took a gap year between high school and college and worked as a receptionist at the coolest hair salon in Lincoln at the time. The following fall I decided to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in psychology, my first true love. Not knowing when or how I would attend graduate school, I decided as an undergrad to dually matriculate in the master's program.

Our mental health is just as important as all other aspects of our lives - maybe most important!
