Alaska Historical Society

The Alaska Historical Society (AHS) is a non-profit organization based in the United States that is dedicated to promoting Alaska's history through various means, including the exchange of ideas, preservation of resources, and education of Alaskans about their heritage. Governed by a 15-member board, the Society provides a forum and a vehicle to achieve these goals.
