71 Construction, founded in 1979 through a merger of two Casper, Wyoming companies, has expanded from its roots in lawn sprinklers, paving, and excavation to a diverse range of construction services, including utilities, demolition, and concrete work. The company now has offices in Casper, Riverton, and Rawlins, and produces construction aggregates from its own pits in Natrona County.
