104 Laurel is an event space located in the historic riverfront district of Conway, South Carolina. The renovated warehouse, built in 1935, offers a versatile venue for weddings, parties, reunions, and business gatherings, with a maximum capacity of 250 guests. The space features original pine flooring, exposed wooden rafters, brick walls, and a fully dimmable lighting system, as well as a rear deck overlooking the Waccamaw River and Riverwalk.
